Chef Tiffany Moore's journey is a testament to resilience and passion. Graduating with honors from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Denver, CO, in June 2019, she was one of three honor students selected to give the commencement speech. After eleven years of service in the United States Army and overcoming significant challenges, including two anterior cervical spine surgeries (ACDF) and temporary paralysis from the neck down, Tiffany medically retired and rose to become a successful entrepreneur. Her culinary and business skills have earned her recognition in Atlanta and globally. Tiffany co-owns Event Hall @ Cascade with her mother, located in Southwest Atlanta. She is a finalist for Flavor of Georgia 2024, a Financial Advisor, and a mindset coach certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), helping others achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Speaking and feeding life is not only a passion for Tiffany, but it also connects her to her soul purpose. Her eclectic cooking style, influenced by culinary adventures worldwide, focuses on farm-to-table principles, using local and sustainable products. Tiffany was a contestant on “Rat in the Kitchen,” which aired on TBS in April 2022. Her philosophy is, "I am your connection from farm to table; your palate is safe in my kitchen. Let me nourish you, feeding you life and electrifying your well-being." In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her son, her chickens, and her mother, who is her greatest influence. She is a graduate of eCornell Women’s Entrepreneurship Studies, the Oklahoma State Veteran Entrepreneurship Program, and the Syracuse University Institute for Veteran and Military Families Entrepreneurship Program.
